Bringelly Sports Club is holding its annual trivia and fund-raising night on Saturday at the Hubertus Country Club, Adams Road, Luddenham, from 7pm to 11pm. The club's netball and soccer players must be high school-age to attend with their parents.

Mounties' rugby league team's Bundaberg Red Cup game against Bankstown City at Mounties on Sunday was postponed because of rain. The NSW Rugby League will announce a new date soon. Seventh-placed Mounties' next game is on Sunday against Windsor, at Windsor, at 3pm.

Dogs need old tricks

The Sydney Ice Dogs need to find old tricks to recapture their winning form after losing two games in the national ice hockey league games against Gold Coast Bluetongues in Queensland during the weekend. The Ice Dogs lost their bite, downed 9-2 on Saturday and 8-4 on Sunday. They have lost the past five matches and the Ice Dogs return to their home rink, at Liverpool Catholic Club, on Saturday against the Gold Coast Bluetongues, at 5pm.
